Vacant Pocono Building Fire
April 14, 2009. Ralph Ray of Stroudsburg took this dramatic video as flames erupt from a vacant building at North Second and Kraemer streets on Tuesday morning, April 14, 2009. The fire broke out at about 4:20 a.m. at the structure, known as the Ice House, which previously served as a nursing home. Cadaver dogs were brought to the site Tuesday afternoon as a precaution after rumors were circulating that vagrants had been living in the building. Read more at http://www.poconorecord.com
