Surrey firefighters battled a 2 alarm fire in the Guildford Marquis building @ 15030 101st Ave around 4PM Nov 18th 2010. A suite on the 2nd floor was damaged by the fire, Firefighters did a good job keeping the fire to just the one suite. No injuries were reported. Initial reports point to the balcony as the origin of the fire.
