LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) — An early morning house fire has killed a central Pennsylvania couple and their adult daughter while a second daughter escaped the flames by jumping from a second-floor window.

Fire department officials say and 83-year-old man, his 54-year-old wife and their 24-year-old daughter died in the fire early Monday in East Cocalico Township, Lancaster County.
Stevens Fire Company spokesman Martin Devlin says a 17-year-old girl jumped to safety at the urging of a police officer who responded to the scene. The teen was treated at a nearby hospital and released.
The names of the residents were not immediately released.
A state police fire marshal is investigating the cause of the blaze.
