Thats one thing we all as firefighters must understand.... WE ARE NOT INVISIBLE... just cause sirens are blaring and lights flashing, EVeRY INTERSECTION must be approached with caution. Come to a complete stop and look. It has been proven. If you blow a light and kill someone, enjoy your life in jail... Its Deserved!!!!!

This is NOT a close call.  The pumper clearly slows down to stop at the intersection.  If anything, the other vehicle drove past at the pumper at a consistent speed indicating he/she did not recognize the pumper was approaching the intersection and had NO intention of yielding right of way to the pumper.
