Could be a department reg. Seen a couple of departments where the lead guy with the saw doesn't have a mask. Do I understand it? No. Does that mean we should critique them, and say it wasn't a great job? No. If St. Louis is okay with it then I'm okay with St. Louis saying it's okay. Does that mean I'm going to do it? No.
