All structures involved were residential. The original fire building was a 2 and 1/2 story vacant wood frame duplex, the Bravo side exposure was a 3 story wood frame duplex, Delta side exposure was a 3 story wood frame 3 family and building that was set on fire further down the block was a vacant 3 story duplex.
