Seneca Hose, Winchester, & Vigilant Firefighters responded early this morning for a report of a structure fire on Center Rd.
Crittenden 9-1 advised Cheektowaga Dispatch that West Seneca had a working fire in a commercial structure
Vigilant 9 went on location with fire on the 2nd floor venting through the roof and zero visibilty on Center Rd due to smoke. Command requested additional equipment to the scene for manpower. Operations reported fire in the cockloft through the roof on the #2 side of the structure. Command ordered all crews out the building and ladder pipes were used then interior operations resumed. One Fireifghter from East Seneca was tranported to the hospital for a shoulder injury.
Mutual aid companies were Newton Abbott (FAST), East Seneca, & Reserve. Union, South Line, & Doyle 2 provided fill in companies.
The fire was under control in 56 minutes.
