SCHUYLKILL HAVEN (SCHUYLKILL COUNTY), PA: On May 31, 2012 at 18:00 hours the Schuylkill Haven Fire Department and EMS were dispatched to the rear of 22 West Main Street in Schuylkill Haven for a commercial fire. The Schuylkill Haven Fire Chief went on scene and reported he had fire showing from the rear storage building of the Schuylkill Gun Works. Schuylkill Haven Fire Chief 720 established incident command and request up to four alarms. Multiple RIT Teams from Pottsville, Englewood, Tamaqua and Mahanoy City responded to the scene. RIT was activated and rescued a fire fighter who fell through the floor. Fire units operated on the scene for a number of hours till the fire became under control.
