Great stuff

I particularly like the way the truck has stopped in the smoke plume so that everyone, including the engineer, should be wearing their SCBA.

Hey guys this must be a universal problem ,cause they're the same in Canada. We once had a farm house with the rear porch and mud room involved. We set up a long laneway evolution to supply water up the drive way. The first cop on scene having nothing better to do parked his cruiser in the middle of the driveway and went to watch the pretty fire.

From reading some of the other comments seems that most places have bad relations with LEO's sometimes. So do we so your not alone. But good job operator hitting the horn and doing what he could to avoid an accident. Funny as hell tho.

Not only was he is the way, but he almost became cop-o-road-kill...
We laugh now, but this could have easily been a not-so-happy-ending of a clip. As we all know, fire engines are not exactly the most agile of rigs out there. Lucky for the cop and the crew that the driver kept his reflexes about him and didn't lose himself in tunnel vision.
