Plainfield, NJ-- Companies arrived around 3:30 this afternoon to a fully involved fire in a vacant warehouse on West Front Street. Command had arriving companies place two ladder pipes in service with an engine supplying numerous ground monitors. The one-story brick building consisting of old furniture and paper products suffered major damage with a total collapse of the bravo side roof and some walls.
