Nashville Apartment Fire
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Firefighters are on the scene of a three-alarm fire Wednesday at an apartment complex in South Nashville.
Crews were called to the Hickory Woods Apartments at 5319 Nolensville Pike just before 11 a.m. When they arrived, they reported seeing fire coming through the roof.
Firefighters started battling the blaze as a defensive operation in all angles.
The Red Cross confirmed a total of 24 units are severely damaged and 100 individuals are displaced.
