Is that temperature in fahrenheits?? In Celcius it makes -19.4 degrees..
I´ve been in house fire at temperature of -28 C..
Water freezes in seconds, and all hoses and nozzles is covered in thick ice. Only thing you can do to prevent freezing of hoses and nozzles, is to keep a little constant flow of water.
You have to move constanly, just to keep yourself warm.
