301 East avenue, Mt. Carmel, pa
Lay out was as follows:

L2 had the address side A

E3 had the address side A just to the rear of T-2 with a supply from the hydrant next to the truck at Avenue and Chestnut Street. With multiple lines in service.

E2 had the A/B corner in the intersection at 2nd and Chestnut in the intersection after laying in from the hydrant at 2nd and Chestnut Street. With a line in service

E-1 was on the avenue A side just west of the intersection on the far side of E-2 with a supply line from Avenue and Market Street. With a line in service

E-21 was on side B just north of the B/C corner at the bottom of the hill.

T34,- R-5, R-62, Sq-5 was on the A side East of the fire structure

All companies listed above had a water supply and as someone on the fire ground I will let command Chief 1 supply any details to the operation.

I also am not sure if Atlas E-21 had any lines off as I was not on that side.

I will say all companies worked well together and all sides of the structure had multiple ladders thrown.

The following provided assistance on this incident.
Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe, the Mount Carmel Fire Police and the Clover Hose Ladies Auxiliary, and the American Red Cross for bring food from Boyer's Food Market and Burger King to the scene.
