Hmmm Helmet well why would an officer need one? I say officer because he has a radio? He wouldnt be an officer long if he was one of mine. It's not do as I say It's do as I do week. PPE keeps injuries to a minimum Einstien! Besides that your a leader Lead by example.

Somebody should smack that guy with no helmet in the head, preferrably with his own helmet.
