great team work....ummm one thing that strikes me tho watching this: there are members on scene without PPE...that is one issue that we deal with at our station...if you show up on scene with out your PPE on get off the scene...its a safety issue and we deal with it every day....hope the injured ff recovers and returns back to active duty soon.

This video provides some good material for critique. By making this available to all of us, the responding fire departments have done us a real service. Go ahead and pick this incident apart during your department training meetings so we can all work more safely and effectively, but be grateful that this video is available to us as a real-world example of a working fire with a firefighter mayday. Here's hoping the injured firefighter makes a swift and full recovery.
