Liberty City is the location in which the hit game Grand Theft Auto 4 is based. The Liberty City in the Grand Theft Auto 4 rendition is portrayed as a city geographically similar to New York City.

Liberty City is full functional life-sized city with people, traffic, skyscrappers, a downtown district, shopping districts, housing projects and poverty-stricken inner-city communities, and airport, a subway system, parks and much more.

This is a light-hearted and entertaining video to watch. A brief departure from the usual seriousness of the informative HAZMAT videos that I place on my video playlist.
