Largo (FL) Structure Fire, 8/16/09 (Part 1)
Station 41 was first on scene and radioed back to dispatch that they have a working fire. D41 called for a 2nd alarm due to the size of the wood frame structure and the heavy fire. A 3rd alarm was struck. The bulk of the fire was in the attic and there was an apartment attached that was an exposure problem. High winds did not help matters either. There were no reports of injuries. Crews from Largo , Seminole , Clearwater and Belleair Bluffs battled the blaze.
