I 795 Overturned Tractor Trailer HazMat

From You Tube, Around 10 p.m. Thursday night May 21, Pikesville Volunteer Fire Company Squad 322 and Medic 325 responded with other Baltimore County westside units to a reported motor vehicle crash with an overturned vehicle on the northbound side of Interstate 795. Arriving first on the scene, the Squad officer assumed command, reporting a flatbed tractor trailer was on its side, had spilled a load of wood across the highway, and was leaking oil. Command quickly requested the Baltimore County Fire Department HazMat Team (Brooklandville career, which responded with Engine 14, Foam 14, and HazMat 114, to assist with cleanup of the spill. Also on scene were BCoFD Engine 19 (Garrison career), Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company, Maryland State Police, Baltimore County Police, and the Maryland Department of the Environment.
