Gary (IN) House Fire
GFD was toned out for a reported fire in the 3700 block of Delaware, on arrival Engine 4 advised of a working basement fire. Not long after the fire traveled the walls all the way to the attic which made for a difficult attack. Multiple lines were stretched into the dwelling to bring the fire under control. The house appeared vacant and all searches were negative. Awesome job by Gary FD! January 16, 2010
