Gary, IN: Boat Fire with Extension to Dwelling

(Gary, IN) A neighbor looking out his window sees a boat burning in the backyard and calls 911, within seconds he said the house was on fire. The Battalion Chief noted a storng odor of an accelerant in the rear of the building. GFD Engine 12 was first on scene and reported a working fire, Engine 4 brought in the hydrant. Crews made an aggressive attack and started searches asap due to the fact it was unknown weather the house was occupied or not. Thankfully nobody was in the house and none of the firefighters were injured at the scene. From You Tube.
