First-Due: Burrillville (RI) Garage Explosion, Fire
Providence Fire Videos - A man suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns when an explosion occurred as he was working in his garage just before 1pm on Feb 13, 2011 on Mt. Pleasant Rd.
The attached garage was fully involved and extending into the home when firefighters arrived. A 2nd alarm was called, bringing in tankers and manpower to the scene.
It took over an hour to bring this massive blaze under control and the Providence Canteen was on scene providing refreshments to the firefighters.
