First Due with Eng.69, Chicago FD

From You Tube; Once in a lucky shoot a video can be had that shows a fire engine as it arrives first on the scene.This happened with Chicago's Engine 69. We see Eng.69 as it receives the alarm at the fire house to respond to a basement fire in a 3 story apartment building fire. As the engine arrived, they found heavy flames blowing out a basment apartment window and spreading up into the first floor. Fast work by Engine 69 in dropping a line and placing water on the fire until other fire units arrived kept the fire from spreading throughout the building. The first due fire engine on the scene is always the win or lose unit in putting out the fire.
