Firefighter Rescue and Survival Training Prop

This is a Firefighter Training Prop that can be used to practice various techniques from basic skills to advanced rescue and survival procedures. The prop is very inexpensive and can be built for as little as $150 - $200 depending on the quality of materials used. It's also extremely portable - There isn't one component that's longer than 8 feet or wider than 4 feet, so it can be transported in the back of a pickup truck and set up anywhere. The prop can be assembled or broken down in minutes with only 1 - 2 Firefighters. I designed and built this prop myself, but I have NO patents or patents pending - So if you like it, feel free to build one for yourself or your department.

Amado Atocha.

Thanks for the comments and feedback - If anyone would like additional photos or measurements of the prop, feel free to email me (FFDPEK@aol.com) and I will forward them on.

There are more uses than what we show in the video, but YouTube has a 10-11 min max so we ran out of time. I recently added a "Denver Drill" hallway extension to the prop. It's also portable, breaks down for transport and attaches directly to the wall. In the future I will post another video on it.

Dale, I would like to send you a Fire Front front holder for you to test and demo. If you think you have the time and interest in this please contact me as I have sent you a friend request. This holder was a product of an entanglement I was involved in several years ago. You demonstrated the very type of entanglement I had, wire through my shield and holder. I have spent three years testing and perfecting a strong rugged holder that firmly secures the holder and shield together, reducing the probability of such an entanglement.
