This and the following video (Part 3) will discuss and demonstrate the Harness options when using a VRS (Versatile Rescue System) to extract a Victim (Civilian or fellow FF) from a hostile environment. The type of Harness used is primarily based on the status of the Victim - How stable they are and whether or not they are Conscious. This video will review both a Seat Harness and Version #1 of a Full Body Harness.
