Nice job by the utility personnel on scene. So it looks like there was an explosion in the house, was this due to the utility personnel on scene or was there a gas leak etc earlier hence the reason utility personnel on scene? If there was a gas leak was the FD notified and left the scene in control of utility or what? There are also several people watching and then you have the guy taping making his comments......seems to be the priority becomes catching the shot rather than ensuring 911 was called. I would hope it was called early, but it deserves to be mentioned that one can't expect someelse to call 911....if it is multiple calls, at least the FD knows there is something going on

A utility worker, in an orange vest, rescued her from the window, using a ladder (1:23 on the counter). Wow, what a dramatic morning for those people, boy did everyone get lucky to make it out of there.

Look closely in the upper window of the D side near the A/D corner you can see her in the window. Can't tell if she jumped out or not. The lady shows up on the shoulder of a workmen and is placed down behind the silver car that is in the driveway.
