Buffalo Firefighters responded this afternoon for a report of smoke coming from a commercial building on Wyoming Ave. Engine 33 went on location with heavy smoke showing and fire through the roof and requested the 2nd alarm. B-56 reported extension throughout the 100x150 building. Command requested the 3rd alarm with Ladder 2 special called, & 4th alarm with Ladder 10 special called, plus 1 additional Engine for water relay. The fire was under control in 3 hours 22 minutes. the cause is under investigation & damages are listed at $750,000.
