Buffalo FD 1+ Alarm - 121 Walden ave
Buffalo Firefighters responded early this morning at 0118 Hrs for a report of a structure fire at Walden Ave & Rother St. Engine 31 went on location with heavy smoke showing from a 2 story brick building. B-43 reported fire on the 1st floor of the vacant building & ordered an emergency evacuation of the building for defensive operations. B-56 requested 2 additional Engines (33 & 3) to the scene for water supply. Command reported a major collapse of the structure into the power lines and the bulk of the fire was knocked down in about 2 hours.
