6th Battalion crews respond to an attic fire on Buffum St around 04:38 hrs. Engine 28 was first on location reporting heavy fire conditions to attic of an occupied 2.5 story dwelling. B-46 orders all crews out of building due to a partition in the attic hampering interior efforts a Defensive attack is initiated .
Damages listed as: $ 230k, possible emergency Demo due to heavy damages to structure
