Buffalo Firefighters responded this morning at 0941 Hrs for a report of a structure fire with multiple phone calls on Humason Ave.
Engine 31 went on location with fire showing out the #4 side and heavy smoke from the 2nd floor & attic of a dwelling & an exposure problem on the #4 side. B-43 requested an additional 1 & 1 (E34, L15) to the scene. B-56 ordered all companies out of the 1 1/2 story dwelling for defensive operations.
The fire was under control in 36 minutes.

these images are disturbing, firefighters on the roof of building that obviously has structural deterioration and to top it all, not wearing SCBA's.
