Buffalo 1+ Alarm - 268 Walden Ave
Buffalo Firefighters responded early this morning for a report of a structure fire on Walden Ave. Engine 31 went on location with fire showing from the #4 side of a large 2 1/2 story vacant dwelling. B-56 reported heavy smoke conditions and requested an additional 2 & 1 to the scene (E33, E3, L2). B-43 reported heavy fire in the attic & B-56 ordered all companies out of the building for deensive operations. The fire was under control in 54 minutes. The cause is under investigation & damages are listed at $25,000
