Very scary stuff, despite the blind bend I would suggest that the truck driver must have been distracted in some way, cars on the side of the road and an ambulance ahead. No signs of evasion or slowing! Very lucky the truck didn't go off onto the shoulder and cleanup everyone standing there as well.
