Montgomery County, Texas Hotel Fire

First units on-scene reported heavy fire on the first and second floors of a nearly completed, three-story hotel.

Comment by Ricky Dale Maddox on September 20, 2007 at 8:36pm: wow!! that is a big fire!!! to bad da hydrant was not turned on, why was the hydrant checked before fire occured to see if it was turned on , it pays to prepaln before hand!! also why wasnt the guys standing near the building wearing any helments?? we have to even if we do not go in if we are near the building, to much stuff can fly up in the air and come back down...
