We use a traffic pre-empting device which hands over control of the traffic signals to us. If you listen carefully you will the officer telling the driver he has control of the intersections.

Great Video. I agree with Tim. There were a few lights that you should have slowed for. Getting there safe takes 30 sec. more. In my mind 30 for my safety and my crews safety is worth anyone else.
