In this Great Nation of ours, some volunteer companies don't have the daytime staffing for the luxury of "Two In!!!" If you will observe closely, the front seat officer, who is the IC, is also packed up and ready to go... should something go wrong!!! Did the fire go out??? Thats what I thought!!!
