Single car MVA on Bushkill Center Road. Bushkill Township Pa. Responding agencies were: Bushkill Township Fire and EMS, Bushkill Township Police and Nazareth ALS. This was a single vehicle MVA, One patient was a trauma alert to St. Lukes Hospital, Bethlehem, Pa. The driver took out a utility pole that was about 1/2 mile from our station. It killed all power in the area, including at our station. We had no problem getting our trucks out, however, we were just a few hours away from a 400 person fund raising dinner. Fortunately the power company was awesome, and re-route power around so our station was back on line in about 40 mins. The fund raiser went off without a hitch.
