Forget the seatbelt pledge- you can't even get the basics right! PPE, PPE, PPE!
We've got a Chief or similar who appears to wandering around and looking through windows wearing what appear to be "incident stop" pants, not turn out pants. Towwards the end you've got a FF not wearing his helmet and wandering around. We've got a FF carrying a demo saw up a ladder- why not haul it up on a rope and climb the ladder with proper points of contact.
We're our own worst enemy...
