I was down in Gulport ,MS in 2006 as part of a group of police & fire volunteers helping re-build & saw things just like this & worse. Parts of New Orleans look like a ghost town, whole blocks of empty homes & business. Mississippi got hit hard, didn't get the media coverage that New Orleans received.
