It don't look like anyone knew what they where doing. 10 min and still no water on that fire.

There was no water on that engine that was already there? And were there no hydrants around?

P. S.-they had to wait for other companies to arrive before water was even available.

I don't remember where it was. They were out on another call and the station caught fire. The chief went in to attempt to save their antique refurbished pumper (that's the truck you hear running). He was unable to do so. Eventually the smoke got so thick it cut the truck off. They lost everything.
