Best view from traffic cam. Watch the guy on the corner run, and the other guy in the background pointing at the truck coming trying to warn the other truck. Then the idiot just walks away like nothing ever happened!

Was the truck that was struck running a red light?
Also looked to be going way too fast through the intersection....
