This was NOT a fatal accident! The person hit by the car survived.

Its not the officers falt even though the officer did not listen to orders to stop the chases. the man at falt is the the one being chasesd. every day there is a police chases going on, because of jerks like this guy that will do anything to get away and do not care who they take with them very sad . thank god you are alive because someone out there is not so lucky.
