What the heck , why didnt the dispatcher give prearrivial instructions , if these dispatchers are not trained in this , then they need to be!!!!!!!! Also i units was haveing trouble locating the house at doark they could have asked the caller to turn her outside light on and off to signal the house location!!!! Good grief I wonder if the EMS service in this area even ofers courses to the public to train them in frist aid??? Did the addresses in this area get corrected?? Why didnt somebody already correct and check in on this?? Sounds like a good lawsuit!!! Wake up there could have been more things done on this call!!! What is the freakn system comeing to does anybody have any common sense let anymore????
