Firefighter Strong

I live with 2 guys in army ROTC and a while ago I made the joke that there are 3 types of strong, regular strong, army strong, and firefighter strong, they thought that was stupid so then I found this video that someone made which is a remake of the 'Army Strong' commercials now made for firefighters.
