I saw it. He was going to walk up that ground ladder with the handline at the city fire.

Fantasitic video, very well put together!

But..... (There's always a but, isn't there??!!)

I hate to see video and photos of members at going fires (and other incidents) without correct PPE. Some featured in this compilation have nothing but street clothes on. If they're not members (ie: civiilians), what are they doing in the incident scene?
