everyone was packed up on the attack but thing quickly went defensive so we set up blitz guns and deluge guns, we had 12 depts there, it was hardto keep eyes on all depts and some of them werent wearing airpacks .this was corrected by the i/c when it was broughtto his attention. the fire involve a structure ,about 2000 tires ans a few 18 wheeler trailers. it took 9 hrs to put out and we used 10 tankers to supply 4 engines. it was call in as a grass fire.

Damn thats puttin off some pretty good smoke for a trash fire but its understandable cause you never know whats in there burnin.

once they found it was a trash fire, why didn't they put air packs on?????
