High Angle Rescue In Florida

TWO REPAIRMEN IN FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA were stranded in mid-air Wednesday afternoon when a scaffolding collapsed. One man was left hanging on the 14th floor level of the 17-story building and the other was trapped at the 9th floor level.
