2nd Alarm in Bethlehem, PA with FG audio

2:00 AM Tuesday 11/27/12 a fire broke out on the first floor of a duplex in south Bethlehem. One victim trapped on 3rd floor self-extricated and was transported by EMS to hospital with burns. 2 L/S/O.
