I'm not an emergency worker, rather i am a mum of an autistic son and i'm is also a fire dancer. i run Poi people here on ning and i feel it's really smart to build up links with those of you wise in fire from your experienced safety and proceedural perspectives.
i and the people i represent in our area of fire take safety totally seriously and appreciate the nature of fire is one it tkes time to understand it in's many forms.

A general lack of support or understanding about what the job actually means for workers and their families on dangerous streets in dangerous times
