Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I love to help people and it is in the family. My brother is also a firefighter in the same department as myself. My wife and I are also volunteer firefighters in our hometown. I love my job and I even work for a private ambulance service part time as well. The things I see and have seen people recover from amazes me. I see the spirit in the human resolve to overcome anything.

I get to see something different every day no two days are alike and every work day is a Friday.
