Hi Will, were a combination Dept. half are full-time career staff firefighters and the other half are part-time still payed not as much and without bennies but have similar duties as career guys theres 30 career firefighters 45 part-timers 6 officers 2 chiefs we have 4 stations in the process of 2 more being built as we speak and protect a city of 75,000 people we run the 48-96 schedule and love it nothing like waking up and already being at work we run 6 guys downtown and 3 at the other 3 stations we all staff whatever apparatus fits the call in other words every station has an engine , ambulance,brush truck, rescue truck and downtown station is the only station with a ladder truck so I play every role fireman, medic, wildland, and rescue its a blast though wouldnt change a thing hollar back and stay safe

Hey there compadre, so what do you guys mainly run outta of your station Eng, ladder,truck etc.. how much staff per day and what seems to be your main type of call you guys respond to daily but just so you dont feel left out i got a reserve today so I dont have to drive im sitting officers chair today but ill probably still cook haha hollar back

sorry for the delay hermano but you know the job whenever we get a minute we spend it in the crapper or cooking work is good though slowing down now that the snow is melting and roqads are drying and clearing up hollar hows phily
