I absolutely love firefighting. I like riding 4-wheelers, hunting, fishing, and just being outdoors all together. I play the guitar and go to college where I'm majoring in Crisis and Disaster Management with a minor in Fire Science.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

It is what ive wanted to do since I was very young. I love helping people and every aspect of firefighting.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I love to make a difference in people's lives. Whether that be saving them from a fire, pulling them out of a vehicle after an accident, or saving their house from burning down!

Top Issues Facing Responders:

New construction is a big issue. The structural integrity of new construction is very poor in my opinion when dealing with residential homes. This has led to many firefighter fatalities. It may be cheaper for the builder, but it is killing firefighters.
